Bought a sauna having difficulty getting them back to do something about both doors. They came out once and stated they may need to do something else to the doors. Both doors do not close on my sauna so not very effective at keeping heat in. We have to put a board up against outside door to keep it closed. I loved my sauna when it was first installed but problems occured almost immediately. Which they would call me or text me back so we could figure out what to do about the doors
