I have been in to this store numerous times and most recently placed an online order for delivery within the city, which was so efficient! Karen and her staff are friendly and provide absolutely amazing customer service. She carries quality, fun and both commonly sought after and unique products. So many amazing quality products at this store! Due to COVID I have been avoiding stores, but the wonderful owner has a website that you can order everything on! I had trouble finding a couple items I was looking for, messaged her on Instagram and she was so quick to respond and super helpful! I was able to grab my kiddo some puzzles, as well as some gifts, and some number flash cards! I ordered for delievery, and she delievered to me so quickly! I will for sure be ordering from Inspiring Young Minds again!! 100% recommend this store!

I don’t do reviews as a matter of course, preferring to just tell management that I was pleased with the service or the product. For this business, however, I have to make an exception; five stars is not enough.I went I looking for elementary colouring materials to give as a gift to someone whose wife has had a stroke and is functioning at a very much reduced level. There was nothing in the theme I wanted but there were manipulative items which proved very appropriate and which I purchased. But, IN ADDITION, the store owner provided me with a tactile lap pillow that her own mother had made which will provide hours of stimulation for the affected person. Truly wonderful!I cannot express my appreciation sufficiently for the good deed done by this business.

The staff are so helpful! I was looking for some reading supports for my daughter and the staff were so accommodating. I wasn't sure which colour of reading guide would work best for her and they had no problem taking them out of the package to let her try them out. They also helped us find the perfect cursive book and had a super fun fidget toy that we couldn't leave without. The staff even made notes of other items I was looking for so that they could look into adding them to their stock. So many resources for teachers and parents.
