It's a very smooth experience with Penguin pick up at peter st location. The staff named Sandesh who assist me was super friendly and helpful. It's a very efficient and seamless pick up trip. Would definitely order and pickup at same location again.

Always have positive experience at this location. The staff here is friendly and willing to help out. For instance, there was a time when they messed up with my Walmart order delivery scanning status. They corrected it right away and made sure calling me to notify the latest status. When I came and picked it up, the staff told me that whoever was handling the issue earlier actually made a note at their work desk and told every shift to take care of that as long as there was an update.

I just wanna give a massive shout out to the three gentleman working there.I was so impressed how above and beyond they all went for me. I had to take all three of their names down.They made the stress of a situation feel like an afterthought.Thank you Sandesh, Warsame, Edzai! You all know the true meaning of the word customer service.

Awful. Hours are all over the place. We used it for the bounce baggage storage and couldn’t retrieve our stuff - website let us book for 7:30, we showed up before 7 per the hours on their door, they claimed they close at 6. Nobody we could call or talk to.

This place is a really good idea. To be able to pick up your Walmart or IKEA purchase or to drop off and pick up courier packages close to your home is a big convenience for those living in downtown Toronto.
