MLD was a fantastic treatment technique pre and post orthopaedic shoulder surgery. Kenzie provided me with education and a comprehensive treatment plan so I felt prepared and supported going into my surgery. I experienced no swelling or bruising post-op, and MLD after surgery was a very gentle way to relieve pain and support healing. I highly recommend this treatment from Kenzie before and after surgery!

Kenzie really listens, which I appreciate. So she caters her treatments to fit my needs. When I want a firm, focused, deep athletic massage on a specific spot, she works it good. When I complain about a certain issue, she creates a plan and doesn’t just massage where the trouble is; she gets to the source. Kenzie is kind, meticulous, caring, and super skilled.

It's rare to find such a multi-skilled massage therapist. I am so grateful for Kenzie and her ninja healing abilities. It's hard to find a massage therapist who can do both the deep tissue rehab work to get me back functioning in the mountain sports I love to do again and also has the relaxation and deeper healing skills with her Cranial Sacral work. I go to her both when my body or my mind are stressed/ knotted up. The Cranial Sacral work she does is very regulating and took away a headache I had had for two weeks straight in one session!She has an exceptional level of training, experience and passion for what she does and it really shows.
