Unfortunately our neighbourhood got a bit rough during the pandemic and our store windows got smashed in a few times while the streets were empty. Northstar showed up quickly, professionally, and offered amazing service. They gave us multiple options, explained the difference between the options and gave us their informed opinion. We've had to use their service three times and each time we've been very happy with it.

I hired Northstar Glass to replace a side glass panel for an exterior door.Charlie replied right away to my email quote request and scheduled a site visit shortly after. Everybody from the estimator to the installers were polite and professional and had the glass replaced on schedule as promised. I was referred to NorthStar by a neighbour for a broken window in my house and was very impressed with everything. Charlie was very responsive to my emails about the estimate and when the work would be done. They arrived as expected and replaced the window quickly.
