BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I bought a product from PSX via Ebay. Out of the box, the product did not work. The product warranty instructions said to contact the manufacturer directly, which I did. I was shuffled from one department to another for several weeks, which ended with the manufacturer telling me to contact PSX if I wanted a refund. I contact PSX. It refused to deal with me because more than 30 days had passed from the date of purchase. It is one thing to refuse to provide a refund for a product that initially worked and then failed. It is quite another to refuse to provide a refund for failing to ever provide the promised (working) product.

Ordered red Ryker panel kit, BRP shipped only one instead of both. Janell raised issue to BRP, then followed up when they failed to respond in a timely fashion. It took a while, but I got the parts that I ordered.

I live in Minnesota and really like a helmet these guys had in stock (sold out everywhere near me) and need it asap. I personally spoke with Christina - she was wonderful.
