Due to the sewer back up in my basement, I decided to hire JS Home Services as they are affiliated with the Town and have great reviews.Ryan showed me what was needed and kept me updated every step of the way. The work lasted a week and during that time I was impressed with the workmanship and professionalism shown.The work crew went above and beyond and I appreciate their help during such a stressful time. I called JandS to unplug a clog in my sewer pipe. Was dissatisfied with the service at first. Owner called and offered to fix the problem, we were able to find a solution that worked for me. Very good customer service , when dealing with issues.

We discovered that we had a pretty serious sewer issue in our old house (in which we moved recently).We have contacted JS Home Services and Murphy had us scheduled for an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Ryan showed up in time and did not leave until the reported issue was solved.We did find out that we had some repairs we needed to perform for which Ryan provided us with a very clear and detailed quote (what is going to be done, when, how long it is going to take, etc).Also, Ryan, being a veteran in the trade, provided us with very sensible and good advice for another project we wanted to do (bathroom rough-in in basement) plus the rehabilitation project we were facing.From the moment the whole process started until the last video inspection, everything was done professionally, quality work and all of our questions were answered. At any given moment, we were able to stay in touch and ask questions that were timely answered. Also, all deadlines were respected and no issues were encountered at any given moment.I cannot emphasize enough how smooth everything went and JS Home Services did everything in their power as pleasant as possible.I would use their services again with no hesitation!Thanks guys!

Amazing! I called JS and am glad I did. Murphy said he was sending Mike their best man over the very next day!Mike arrived with a happy face and let me know that YES I could instal a flush toilet in my downstairs bathroom when so many others said it could not be done in my old house. Mike cut a hole in my floor and set up a toilet drain in no time at all now the toilet is in and we are happy as punch. Thank You Very Much JS, Murphy and Mike Gods of Plumbing! Hank n Carole

They were great for large projects but then charged me nearly $600 for a one hour service call. Feel a little ripped off
