Absolutely WORST service ever. Lied about a door being in Great" shape and no damage. Drove over an hour EACH way to get there only to see the door with dents and damage. Worker/Owner made a fuss that I wasn't going to buy it and that he had wasted time taking it off but doesn't acknowledge his own mistake of false advertising. STAY AWAY."

AVOID AT ALL COSTSAbsolutely horrid service. The man who answers the phone sounds absolutely miserable and almost as if it's a chore to even answer the phone. Went ahead and ordered a part I needed anyway as it was close by and figured I would have no issues. The part that was purchased did not operate correctly. I brought it back to bray auto after testing for 4 hours to make sure the part itself was defective and was told we don't guarantee electrical parts"I was not asking for a guarantee

So rude! No wonder your business is suffering! I picked up a part that ended up being the wrong part, had it for less then an hour. Bring it back for a refund and hits me with the “$20 restocking fee” to put it back on his shelf! No restocking fee mentioned on the receipt so he stole $20 from me. LOSER!!!!!!!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE!Do not waste your time as I did. I live an hour away each way. I called him for a door and he said it was in perfect condition. I got there and it had a dent on it. He starting making a fuss as I didn’t want to buy it. How do I replace my door which has a dent with another door with a dent? Doesn’t make any sense. I should’ve looked at the reviews earlier before I made a trip up there.

This guy is full on rude does has no respect i cal with a qeustion and he is going off on me because it was a pandemic and i had no idea if they where stillOpened or closed
