We recently replaced our Caesarstone countertops and had a superb experience with Colonial Countertops. From our initial friendly yet efficient sales quote from Laura to the zero-damage, flawless installation by Curtis/Josh, the job was done with skilled professionalism. Colonial was on-time and delivered every stage of templating, fabrication, and installation per schedule.Lastly, one would expect to pay more for the effectiveness of dealing with a larger, well-established company but we found that Colonial was actually 20% less than an independent contractor who was trying to peddle us inferior Caesarstone-like" product. All in all

I have experienced an inappropriate behavior from one of the employees here. He just walked away and shout for a parking spot that he was claiming to be their" private parking space and there was NO sign their that mentions the parking space is only for costumers or some specific group of people.First

Recently used Colonial for a new vanity counter top in our on-suite renovation. Initially chose Colonial because of their policy of charging by the square foot as opposed to by the slab, they quoted us a very fair and competitive price. And it was a pleasure dealing with Lyza and the other office staff. Unfortunately supplier made a mistake and an “old” version of the product was shipped which had the wrong undertone colour for our application even though it had the same name as the product we had chosen. Colonial could not have handled the error in any better way than they did. With absolutely no hassle they very quickly corrected the error and within a few days we had a new counter installed. Needless to say I highly recommend Colonial Countertops, how a firm handles such a mixup says volumes about their customer service and overall ethics. And on top of this their installation staff were excellent. To sum up, a very happy and satisfied customer.

We reached out to Colonial to install new Silestone countertops as part of our kitchen renovation. While we very much enjoyed the end result, the process getting there could have gone better. We had a one-week gap after the initial template where we didn't hear anything until I reached out to get their measurements, and then a back-and-forth to make sure they lined up with our expectations. This resulted in delays to our reno scheduling. We also had an impression in most of our phone calls that they were rather busy in the background, so it was a bit unprofessional at times.That aside, we enjoyed their configurable pricing scheme. Installation-included, their designs were priced by sq ft, meaning we had control over how much the installation would affect our budget. The installation itself also went without issues, and was completed in a span of a couple hours. Once the glue dried, it was ready to use and we have yet to have issues using it.

Our company have worked in many projects with Colonial Countertops. Geordan and his team never seize to impress our team & more importantly the clients. From the first contact to the final execution, Colonial always deliver an amazing job. Professionalism is icing on the cake for this company. Colonial fabricated and installed a quartz countertop and matching window sill for our laundry room renovation.
