I was blessed to have them come today when I had a broken water pipe in my basement. The young man that came Ryan was exceptionally, and I mean exceptionally good. I was blessed to have him very knowledgeable, young man, very polite, and very willing to talk and give me answers to everything I very, very highly recommend this company.

We contacted service Master to do an insurance job, they talked to us once and then ignored our calls after that. We had used them before and they were very helpful. We have a mobile home and the first time we used them it was a very messy job under the mobile. They did remember us. I'm hoping I'm wrong but I don't think they wanted the job. It would have been respectful to let us know. I am very disappointed and would never recommend them.

Took this company 14 months to complete a 7x7 garden shed and a dozen fence boards. Communication was terrible throughout, they showed up periodically without appointment. The build quality and design of their work was surprisingly more disappointing. I can’t stop laughing at the fact they call themselves service master.*edit* : Since first snowfall half of the fence panels that were installed have fallen off. Seems like the screws used were incorrect and stripped out or over tightened. I will definitely call them again the next time I need a job done poorly in a long amount of time.
