Not returning. This place was a joke with their ear flush. They used a hand pump sprayer that was an attachment to a water bottle. Flippant hurt. Never in the +10 years had i have to deal with that non-sense.For the same charge, go somewhere that will do the job right.

We had a great experience at Ajax Hearing Centre. I was sent for a hearing test due to my suspected hearing lost. The lady at the front desk was wonderful to deal with and she set me up to speak with the specialist who was really knowledgeable and explained my needs of hearing aids with detail.Being treated with so much respect and care along with their expertise in the matter had bring up so much value to my experience in this clinic.

Wednesday, 2019/08/21 EDT 0913 hrsAppointment notice came via emailFriday, 2019/08/16 to be thereMonday, 2019/08/19 at 1530 hrs.Verbatim: 'Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for a hearing test.'This test was referred by my neurologistDr. Shreyans Shaw, as one of my complaints to him was a high pitched pulsing hissing [Tinnitus] in my right ear, that I noticed within ONE (1) day after aTraumatic Brain Injury [TBI] I endured Saturday evening at approximatelyEDT 2145 hrs, 2017/10/28.The audiologist did her job well,it was discovered I had bilateral mild hearing loss in the high frequency, more so on the right side which the ENT Doctor attributed to the tinnitus being in my right ear further diagnosing it asage related hearing loss [Presbycusis].If there's anything I learned about Medicine,my medical history involving being subjected to misdiagnosis,[Failure to diagnose by misdiagnosis.], malpractice, andomission [Professional misconduct]:It's paramount to take your own Health into your hands and NEVER trust the final word of Doctors in their area of expertise.Do you own research. The ENT Doctor who examined me failed miserably to diagnose my high frequency hearing loss and tinnitus as a result of a labyrinthine concussion I endured coinciding and directly related to the TBII suffered.I informed the ENT the tinnitus only presented itself within 24 hours of my TBI.The ENT informed me I already had the Tinnitus before my TBI, I just didn't hear it.How the hell can you not hear Tinnitus?I asked him: Than why can I only hear it after my TBI?He replied: The TBI aggravated the tinnitus. This makes absolutely no sense to me.What's with the grey area?I NEVER heard hissing in my ear before my TBI, only within the 24 hours following the TBI.Tinnitus is tinnitus - either you have it or you don't.Three (3) stars for great staff and a good ENT,but not five (5) stars for missing the obvious correlation of a mild hearing loss in high frequency in combination with tinnitus,[Labyrinthine concussion to the ears.],as a direct result of TBI.

Very inefficient clinic. Arrived on time only to wait nearly 1 and 1/2 hour to see the doctor. Audiologist conducted the hearing test adequately and confirmed our medical concern, and we are grateful for her help.Meeting Dr. Tam, however, was an incredible waste of time. He attempted to address the medical concern but was very unprofessional. He did not wear gloves when inspecting ears and was very aggressive when conducting the treatment. He displayed very poor patient care skills towards a senior patient. He took us next door to let “Kashya explain everything”. Total time spent in room was less than 3 minutes.Kashya was very helpful to provide patient education and discuss our treatment options. We found her more helpful than Dr. Tam as she explained everything Dr. Tam did not care to mention or discuss.Which is why I do not recommend Dr. Tam at Ajax Hearing Centre, especially for seniors and/or children. Good enough to get your diagnosis, consider getting treatment elsewhere.

This is a pretty new clinic inside the One Health building. I was seen by Dr. Tam and I was recommended to get hearing aids; it took me little more than 1 hour in the office before seeing the doctor but considering that they were able to accommodate me on my 4 months wait to see an ENT specialist somewhere else, I’m very appreciative. Jim explained my hearing aid needs clearly and I felt I was not rushed at all. Nice environment and service.

Staff is not rushed and is very professional in delivering quality service.A one hour referral took over two hours just to make sure unclear results were repeatable.I was impressed with the simple and quiet demeanour the staff had to just do a good job.
