Garden Villa

Garbage out front from homeless folks makes it look less homey than it actually is! So far we are happy with the new to us place;)

My apartment was filthy upon arriving to pick up my keys and do an inspection. Once asked the leasing agent informed me that it had already been cleaned but looked a little dirty due to having people do walk-throughs of the apartment. There is absolutely no way that it had been cleaned. There was something that had dripped down the side of the cabinets, the toilet was disgusting and the inside of the cabinets had not even been looked at. I found a multitude of things within the cabinets including toys and bags that had been left behind. Many things were broken; closet doors, screen door both won’t open or close properly. My front door hardly even locks properly. The people in the building are loud and inconsiderate. The people above my apartment were throwing garbage off of their balcony. Overall horrible experience.
