Purchased a home that she was selling and it has been a terrible experience full of not so fun surprises. Started out with not being able to get timely responses from her when we initially reached our. Thankfully, another local realtor stepped in and represented us really well. Dealing with Living Skies post purchase due to some home maintenance issues was a headache. We’re learning a lot about the property that wasn’t disclosed, and will be putting us out thousands of dollars potentially. Really unhappy with our experience with Delphine from living skies.
