We live in Sherwood Park travelling to Lethbridge. The transmission in our 2017 GMC Canyon was overheating and in need of a cooler. After a few inquires we were directed to Switzer Automotive. I was greeted right away by Mark although he was busy on the phone. I explained what I was looking for. After checking on the parts required, Mark said he'd check their availability, prepare an estimate and set up an appointment and then call me in a few hours. I explained the work needed to be completed by Wednesday, today was Monday. Mark call me about 2 hours later with the estimate and an appointment for Wednesday morning. The cooler is preforming well. I found Mark and his staff to be knowledgeable, courteous. The final bill was $138.00 less than the estimate.

Had family over from out of province and someone tried to steal their catalytic converter which resulted in a very loud motorhome for a 15 hour drive. Carline Muffler was able to fix it same day and even followed up to see if everything went well & wish us a safe trip back. Amazing service! Will always recommend.

They did my exhaust system for me on my 300. Great staff,they did a great job to make sure it sounded how I wanted it to. I recommend this place over any other business in town. Will always go back !
