I came in on a Sunday, a bit distraught over someone spilling some pop on my samsung s7 edge. It was loaded with my life of info and specs and work - could not be replaced. It was going crazy, opening and closing apps. Would not shut off no matter what, and getting very warm. The chap there was calm and attentive and took a look at it, eventually saying it needed a full reset, thus killing all my life's info and apps. I refused to do it, basically begging him to open it up, to let me clean the mess with alcohol spray, then to close it back up for me. He finally agreed when I said am more than willing to pay the 70 an hour. So, opening it up, HE took it apart, cleaned the pop out with tissue and alchohol for me, saying that was a great idea I gave him. When time to pay, he kindly said don't worry. I offered to give him money but he refused, so I basically made him take the $20-25 bucks in my wallet. Kudos to this chap big time for that was easily a $140 bill for sure --- my phone is back to normal, only one app got ruined and was gonna kill it anyway. Some people do have a heart.

I came to buy an open box Samsung mobile. The price was fair, the staff (Brett and Gul) were friendly and professional. Definitely recommended.

I have Galaxy Z Fold 4 and my phone was not opening fully. I called Samsung and they told me to take it to this location as it's Samsung a certified repair shop.These guys are very professional and they took care of my phone right away. The phone is brand new now. Changed battery and whole housing of phone at no cost under warranty.And I have no issues with the phone everything working as it's supposed to.Great job boys!

Got way more then I expected.. brought my phone in for a screen repair and they replaced front back and the sides of my phone.. it was getting kind of beat up but these guys gave me back my phone essentially brand new.. and were quick. Thanks for helping me out!! Definitely recommend

Went in to repair my phone and was met with the upmost professionalism and kindness by a gentleman named Brett. I had quit a trying day and was concerned about cost, but Brett made everything quite seemless and efficient. They got my phone all fixed and ready to trade in with Telus! My phone was being kind of finicky and took a while to come back, but that wasn't their fault at all. I'll definitely be back for future repairs!

Went to check out buying a phone and found it great. GUL was great they clearly all get along. I was in the store for over an hour and found them helpful and very nice!! The financing is easy too. Update the financing people are a nightmare to deal with

Okay, so my friend's phone was completely shattered and we went to two or three different places, every one of which denied and even terrified him more that it is beyond repair and no data recovery would be possible. They also demanded $800, saying that even after payment, there would be no guarantee. Next, we went to this store in the evening, and the man working there was really good at dealing with the situation. He did a fantastic job fixing it (it's practically brand new now), and only charged us $450. (that is almost half the amount the previous guy said). Not only did he provide fantastic deals, but also provided a solution to a challenge my friend had for a long time. All the way through, he was polite and gentlemanly. I can't say enough good things about him. Even though his shift was supposed to end two hours ago, he stayed to finish up. This is a superb store, and I wish I could tell everyone about it!

This store found a warranty I had so didn't infact fix my phone, but I was recommend to this store and he was very helpful and Polite. If my phone breaks again and I don't have warranty I will be sure to go here. Thanx again Mobil Klinik.
