I had the best experience with Dr. Phone fix today!! Due to some very bad circumstances, I had my phone smashed. I took my iPhone into Apple, and they said they couldn't fix my phone or help me restore my Apple ID at the store, I would have to call. Today, I went to dr phone fix to purchase a refurbished phone and to my complete surprise, the kind lady told me she would be able to transfer EVERYTHING from my old phone even with the smashed screen. I was almost in tears knowing I'd be able to have the photos of my daughter back. 3 years of photos to be exact. I can't thank her enough!! Definitely recommend them!!!

Had issues with my phone today and took it to this place and was served by Lavina.This lady is amazing and is so knowledgeable about phones and computers! She solved the problem as she has done on 2 previous occasions with our computer and did not charge me a cent!What a blessing to have a place like this in our neighborhood. All the staff are so helpful and courteous!

Great! I walked in to get my screen fixed on iPhone XS max. It was done in 30 mins and the service they provided me was pretty great, my screen works fine and my data was also protected. The staff was very polite and cooperative. I highly recommend it.

Went here yesterday to get my phone fixed, it was a fair amount of time that he give but after that my screen just wont work, its not responding to touch. I don’t recommend this place at all!!!
