True Loaf Bread Company
Well the name says it all its a true loaf not a false loaf. When I eat this bread it takes me back centuries when people probably grew their own wheat and ground it to make bread. People here have a passion for their work it's not just business. I feel like I am at granny's on the farm when I eat the miche with butter. Back to basics. Daily bread. Yes it's simple and might underestimate bread yet we miss it when it's not there.

Some of the best bread in town, great staff, terrible hours. 9-5 makes it way too difficult to get there on time...I've been turned back at the door enough times to not bother. Delivery service to local areas would solve this problem.

Quite nice bakery shop.I got a ciabatta, chocolate broiche, and a coconut oat cookie.My favorite was the cookie, I would suggest people to try it out.The ciabatta and the chocolate broiche was nice as well, but I would say ciabatta was a typical taste.I would visit again!

Incredible quality sourdough bread, if you can get it.Their hours are limited, so I called multiple times before going (over an hour before close), but they do not answer. I biked all the way there to be told that every bread that I wanted was sold out.I ended up having to go to another business to purchase True Loaf bread at a marked up price due to them not having their own breads. And on top of that, the bread I was able to find was not the type I was looking to purchase either, but it is still very good.EDIT: I emailed in advance to reserve bread cor pick up and was able to get the types of bread I wanted. Everything is amazing quality as usual!

Highly recommend this bakery. Everything is consistently delicious, and you can taste the high-quality ingredients. Our favorites are the Spelt Sourdough Multigrain bread, Brioche Burger buns, and Mini Seed buns. Customer service is very friendly and knowledgeable.

We have been buying bread from true loaf for as long as they have been in business. One of the top and most authentic bakeries in the city. I truly enjoy their sourdoughs and baguettes.
