My roadside assist arrived in less than 30 min. Tom was great - checked things, listened to my background info, explained what he was doing and provided good info for me to pass on to the dealership. Very impressed

I have nothing but positive things to say about Alpine Towing. My car broke down on the 401 and they rushed to come to my call and get me and my car safely off the highway. Everyone I delt with was kind and professional and honest. They have excellent communication with their clients and drivers.I needed my car towed again a few days later and they were my first call. I am forever grateful for the service I received, and will always recommend Alpine Towing!!!Thanks again guys!!!

If there was an option for a 10 star, I would give it to Alpine. I was travelling from Hamilton to Prince Edward County when somebody on the on route parking lot smashed into my car. I had no idea where I was or what to do next when these two lovely ladies suggested to call Alpine towing and storage I spoke to Tom. All I can say is, he was incredible, very knowledgeable, and what to do he went out of his way to call the police call and the car rental place. He was with us the whole entire time and made sure that we were OK. I’ve never really had to deal with tow truck companies before but I knew that everything that Tom did for me Was not your typical service that you would get from a tow truck company. I spent the whole entire weekend talking about how amazed I was at everything that he did for us at a very stressful time. I even had a friend of mine who is a police officer, and she even informed me that usually never happens. I one million percent recommended alpine towing and storage. Thank you again Tom!

Ryan showed up before the time mentioned and got us hooked up and taken home with great professionalism. He had to do some tricky maneuvering to get my truck into its spot, but he got it done. Thanks for the great service!!
