Jonathan and the team at Pillow Decor created custom pillows for a fundraiser my company, Innovate Marketing Group, was planning for the Japanese American National Museum. They sent us samples of the fabric so we would know how they felt before committing to anything and created the perfect purple pillow with gold foil branding for us. I had a project for the Fairmont Orchid Hotel in Hawaii with a Champagne house my company imports. The pillows needed to be branded with the logo and definitely upscale due to the prestige of the property. Claire and her team could not have been more helpful or more on top of their business. I was finally able to travel to Hawaii this week and was able to see the final results live." The pillows are beautiful and comfy. The executives at the hotel loved the final result. I'm hoping to do this concept in other properties and there will only be one company I call for this."

Placed an order for 4 throw pillows today and they happened to only have 3 of them in stock. They contacted me immediately via email to let me know and, because I needed them in a rush, upgraded us to the larger size in the same patter at no additional cost! Great customer service! Will shop with them again!
