I had a bad experience with this shop today. They didn’t fix the dent on my fender. Although they did not charge me for the repair, though I don’t have any plans as well. But they should have inform that they cant fix it when I first brought my car for an estimate. I just wasted my time waiting for two hours. Very very disappointed!!

Great experience overall! My 2018 Mazda 3 was in a bad storm and had hail damage resulting in many dents all over the car. I made the claim with MPI and got a claim number. MPI said my deductible would be $200. Took my vehicle to Doctor Dent and since they're accredited with MPI they were able to order all the parts and take care of the rest with MPI. I dropped the vehicle off once the parts were in, before heading out of the city for work. When I returned for pickup the car was spotless. No dents. Clean on the inside and out. Vaccumed. Waxed. Looks like the day I bought it. I paid them the $200 deductible, no hidden or extra fees on top. If I have dents in the future I hope that doesn't happen, but I know where I'll go. Thanks guys!

I had a dent in the drivers side, rear quarter panel of my Honda CR-V. The dent was in an awkward place - a raised area of the fender. Spoke with Ray and he assured me he could repair the damage. I called on Friday when the tailgate on my 1 week old 2018 Ford F-150 had been dented by a shopping cart in a store parking lot. They told me to bring it in the next Monday at 745 am. The dent was fixed and I picked up my truck at 1130 am the same day. There was no evidence that my new truck had ever been damaged,,,,looks brand new again.
