I was shopping around for a car transport from Saskatoon to Montreal. My friend referred me to these guys. They had the cheapest prices and I was lucky to get a pickup the next day and car was delivered in 4 days. There was a bit of a mix up on pickup info but it got cleared up fast and no issues on delivery. I would recommend this company and use them again.

Do not use this this company!! They guaranteed a vehicle to me by a certain date, I checked in daily to ensure it would arrive when they promised. On the date is was promised the owner ignored my calls all day and the vehicle never showed up. It cost me thousands due to the timing!!!

When it came to shipping my car from Calgary to Vancouver, I found this company on the Google Maps app. Needless to say, I was really worrying about the delivery of my car, but everything went through very smoothly and well. I met a professional team that was very supportive and responsive. They are people who really care about their clients and their own reputation. I have no hesitation to recommend Northern Castle Trucking Ltd. to use their delivery service. I'm thankful to Stefan, Maninder, Roman, and the Account team for their help. It is a very trustworthy and professional team.

Beware Drivers !!!If you want to waste your time, money and resources then this is the place for you. Speaking from my personal experience, what they offer is BIG TALKS and FALSE PROMISES. Went there for hiring, they told us they have plenty of work, new equipment and what not. So we proceeded with the driver application, drug tests etc etc.Then started their week 1 of excuses, to begin with, for 3-4 days they were saying they haven’t received drug test results, Week 2: Insurance isn’t adding driver with 2+ yrs of experience. Week 3: equipment isn’t ready to go on road yet and is under repair with Kenworth agency. Week 4: Your load is ready and booked, you are good to go, and when we went to the office one day prior to the trip. Again they started same old excuses and told us to wait one more week to solve the issue.Why I am frustrated is because they didn’t even bothered to update us about this situation from day 1 but only had lies and excuses, Had they spoken TRUTH, we would not have wasted one month of our time and money.(Gall jubaan di hundi aa bhrose di hundi aa, Sirf avda loat dekhyea, duja bhavein khoo ch jave koi parwaah ni) Waheguru bhali kare.

LIES and EXCUSES is what they have.Claiming now, that I have less than 3 Year Class 1 experience. When did I told you that I have. You can go and check your records, I got my license in 01-2021, so it’s 2 years old. Before that I had GZ license, on which we can operate straight/Box truck, of which issue date is 03-2019.When we went for hiring, did you guys even told once that we require 3+ experience ? if that’s the case, why would I have wasted my money on drug tests and waited almost a month sitting at home.Also, are you sure other driver has less 3 year experience ? Again a False Claim.Issue is, you guys didn’t bothered to update us about any issue but rather gave us false hopes.Truth is what we needed.Introspect yourself.

There's a lot of different car carriers out there but northern Castle trucking is probably one of the best here in western CanadaWe deal with car carriers all the time all over Canada and the United States.
