4 Your Pets

If I could put zero stars, I would. I live over an hour away from this store and have to coordinate my trips to town. FOUR TIMES I drove all the way to town to pick up dog food (a brand that I can't get anywhere else locally) only to find the store closed during posted hours. The most recent time, the owner was turning away a customer and locking the door as I arrived, two hours earlier than posted closing time.Also, if you step foot through the front door, the owner will demand that you immediately sanitize your hands, or else do not touch anything in the store.All in all, the worst customer service I have received in a long time, hypochondriac owner, and inconsistent store hours/unexpected closures - I think perhaps this person shouldn't own a store.

Admitedly resorts to calling the police on a Native family for standing in an alcove on a cold day when there was no business being blocked.

Very helpful, will try to order something if she does not have what I want in stock.

I LOVE this store! Pam was extremely helpful in recommending a dog food for our pups very specific needs. She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient, as I slowly read every ingredient on the large ingredients list and had questions about basically everything on there. We appreciate your patience, kindness and knowledge, and will absolutely be back. Thanks Pam!

I was that Native lady. I reacted to your condescending tone of voice. Before I go any further I need to say this...there are 3 sides to every story. I agree with the obvious. However, not my side, your side, or the actual truth will ever warrant having the OPP called on us. We were supporting small businesses. It was windy. It was freezing. And you are gaslighting. The legal system is not set up to settle every single conflict. On top of all that, we are good people. My mom raised me right. I raised my daughters right. I teach them to respect businesses/livelihoods. How dare you treat us as less than. And if you have Indigenous family than shame on you for not knowing any better. Have the day you deserve. Once again, HAPPY NATIVE HERITAGE MONTH, PAM.

We were caught between bags of food while in Fort Frances and 4 Your Pets came through for us. They had the exact food we feed our dog and saved us from a grocery store bag of muck. Very appreciative that we found this place.

Great pet supply store! The lady was very helpful and the store was filled with everything “4 your pets” there weren’t photos allowed inside for some reason or else I would post more pics. It looked like there was a pet grooming station in the back area but we didn’t ask about this. They carry a lot of Canadian pet food which is very nice and there is a great variety.And pets are welcome inside of course! Great service and product options. Would recommend and will be back!

Watched the owner tell a Native woman she couldn't stand on the sidewalk blocking her store. The lady as waiting for a cab. No one else was on the street. Racism will NOT be tolerated. Shame on this store. No business from me. EVER.
