Kristen was very friendly and welcoming. She was very helpful and went over & beyond to make we were satisfied. Very patient and kind staff. The atmosphere was great and ended up getting a bag.

bought a teddy jacket a while back, three thousand dollar jacket. one of the buttons fell off from wear, so i brought it into the store to get it fixed. sales person says they won't repair the jacket unless i have the original receipt. the jacket's from 2017 with a paper receipt, doubt anyone would keep their receipt for this long. when the jacket was bought, the sales person didn't explain that i would need the receipt for a repair.overall just very disappointed. the amount of money spent for this kind of service, had to leave a review

I recently got a new belt from this location and Prashanti was amazing and luckily was able to find all my sizing. I've shopped at many luxury brands and she was fantastic, location was clean and attached to all major luxury boutiques to easily browse items. Very happy with my purchase and experience and will be back!

I visited the store today to check out a bag I'd been eyeing and was assisted by Jonathan. He was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I will surely contact him directly for future service.

I bought one of those sunglasses that came out this year. When I got home, I found defects in the bronzing. So I went to the store to get another one. Tell me when you change it you can only change it once. I also think this is your quality problem. I didn't cause it. The next day I wore it for half an hour and it hurt behind my left ear. I have headaches all the time. I didn't know it was the sunglasses at first. Later realization is too painful. I took it off and it turned out that the left side of the leg was a little bit more bent in. The two sides are not symmetrical. Because I am outside. No receipt. I call to see if I can change it. She had a bad demeanor on the phone. Didn't you change it yesterday? Wasn't it checked? I said it was okay to check the logo. But I didn't get a headache until I put it on. I never said anything about returning it. I'm just saying get another one. She was impatient. In the end, it changed.But your after-sales service is the worst I've ever had. First and last purchase of your home products

My SA, Mitch, helped right away when my friend and I came in. He was very helpful and never made us feel rushed in any way. He also unexpectedly contacted me days after to check up on how I was enjoying the product I have bought, making sure I knew that if I needed anything else or had any questions, he'd be happy to help. Checking up on customers after the purchase is something I haven't experienced in other luxury brands. I am also always confident that the products sold here are of high quality. The beautiful interiors reflect the brand's simplicity and modernity as well. Good job, Saint Laurent! I'm a happy customer and would definitely be coming back.

I came in specifically to see and try on the Tribute sandals. Josh immediately introduced himself and helped me. I told him which ones I was eyeing and he brought the shoes up right away. It was my first time to the Bloor location since the pandemic has kept me away from Bloor St. It’s a nice location and bigger than I assumed from the street. Josh was super friendly and i left with the lovely sandals :)

Less than impressed, I went to view some bags last week and told the sales rep that I would be back to purchase the bag next week and to give me his business card. I guess I wasn't taken seriously and to be polite I won't name him. I contacted him afterwards to have the purse set aside and received no answers. I am not going to Yorkdale where a new sales rep will now take care of my purchase and take my commission.
