Extremely professional within our budget including materials. We bought new refrigerator, didn’t have water line before. He gave us hope it could be done. Our refrigerator is opposite of the dishwasher, so he had to make hole around the cabinets from the dishwasher to refrigerator almost 25 feet, less the two hours everything was done! Late review but I gotta do it. Mors was extremely professional and knowledgeable on what he is doing. I had him replace my traditional range hood with over the range microwave and he did a very good job. Contacted Mors to get my new dishwasher installed. We scheduled an appointment for the same day, and he was punctual. He had all the necessary tools on hand, and worked quickly and efficiently. He made a small change in the valve connection so that the set up was improved from before. The price was reasonable and per his phone quote. I found him very polite and experienced, and am glad that I contacted him. I will keep him in mind for future appliance needs.

I was very happy with how promptly the owner of the company, Mors, contacted me via Home stars to express interest in the job of remounting my dishwasher using the appropriately sized mounting brackets. His rates were very reasonable and fair. He arrived the next morning on time after messaging me with his availability. He was very polite and professional. His work was top notch, putting the work done by the original installer from 5 years ago to shame. I don't have any more worries now that the top and and bottom racks of my dishwasher will roll off the tracking and fall dangerously onto my kitchen floor. We moved and inherited a moldy gasket in our washing machine. We called Mors and he got the details of our machine , ordered the part and came to fix it when it arrived. He was thorough, efficient and helpful. He also fixed a malfunctioning gas burner.I was happy with the results and would recommend him, the reviews on HomeStars were accurate.

I used Mors to install my over the hood microwave. He was punctual, installed the appliance correctly, and was easy to talk to / answered a bunch of questions I had. Their services are also very reasonably priced.

Our dryer started squeaking loudly in the midst of a pandemic, and my first thought was whom to call? I reached out to a technician we used many years ago, but I didn't receive a response. I even asked friends and family members for a referral. I searched online, and sent a text message to Top Tech Appliance with the model, serial number and issue. In less than 30 minutes, Mors responded, and said it may be a roller or bearing problem. The parts cost $50.00, and the labor was a flat rate of $100.00. Mors ordered the parts and installed them two days later. He wore a mask, gloves and kept his physical distance. The dryer continued to squeak a bit after he left, and Mors said he could come by that day. Since it was intermittent, I said I would keep an eye on it, and let him know if the noise continued with every load. Thankfully, the noise is completely gone now.

My old over-the-range, Whirlpool microwave was broken, so I needed it replaced. I decided to call Mors to mount the replacement (a Maytag). He said he was going to come between 10 to 11 AM, and he had already arrived at 10:00 sharp. And he said the job was going to take 1.5 hour, but he completed it in just under an hour. Last but not least, he did a really good job. Very impressive, and highly recommended. I won't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family who need help fixing their appliances. Thanks Mors!
