i ordered a blackened chicken sandwich and when i bit into it it was completely RAW on the inside, i went back and they remade a new one but it’s so unsafe to not properly cook chicken! cannot bring myself to go there again.

We just ordered from here an hour ago through delivery. This is the first time we received such horrible burgers. Two spicy chicken burgers, the chicken was so hard and tough we couldn’t even bite into it. After asking skip for a refund they refused to refund the money for the meal. And the restaurant gets away with sending the customer food that cannot be eaten! This is extremely disgraceful as the customer has to pay for trash and Popeyes gets away with this. And this isn’t the first time we’ve gotten bad food from this chain. Someone needs to pay attention to the quality of food you serve your customers.

I come to this Popeyes often since it’s in a pretty convenient location. Their food is always prepared well and the staff is always friendly. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich recently and it was delicious - super crispy and juicy.

I go to the Popeyes location at South Common weekly as I treat my children to the Popeyes tenders and nuggets on Tuesdays. This location is by far the best one as the food is always perfectly prepared and equally important is the fact that the ladies who work there are so friendly, helpful and efficient, always serving customers with a smile. I've ordered from this location via Uber Eats quite a few times, even though there are locations closer to me for which would be delivered sooner, because their quality and standards seem to be a bit higher than the others. However today I was disappointed to find out that in my four-piece meal, one of the pieces tasted heavily like fish, with a strange sour taste on top of that. Fearing that the chicken could be spoiled (but I'm not sure how that happened), I decided not to eat that piece. I've thought about it and I really don't understand how this could happen so I have to leave a three-star review.

I don't understand why they put too much salt in the burger. So, yesterday, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with Pepsi. And I got everything except the Pepsi, which was replaced with Fanta, and i dont like fanta. The burger was too salty, and the fries were no match with the photo. Most of them were overcooked fries.
