My husband Tobias and I had the honour of having Mathias photograph our wedding day. He is an excellent communicator, ensures you feel comfortable, and is fun to work with. Tobias and I were blown away by his efforts to ensure we had every possible shot we could ever dream of for our special day. Our photos give us tremendous joy because they allow us to reminisce on the special moments captured throughout the day. Mathias was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our wedding photo adventures! He suggested a gorgeous engagement photo location, was very attentive and helpful in appeasing our needs for venue lighting/vision and captured beautiful candid moments on our big day! My family loved him too!

Vancouver Wedding Photographer - Mathias Fast
Looking for a good photographer was a must-have for our wedding. We interviewed several photographers and looked at their portfolios, but Mathias's work exceeded our expectations. It's not your typical cheesy photoshoot, it was beautiful, and the photographs told a beautiful story. We wanted someone who would capture all those beautiful moments – unsurprisingly; he aced it! Mathias is charming, creative, and has an excellent eye for detail! He captured the moments well, and I always felt comfortable with him. Thank you, Mathias, for making our day so special.

Mathias is so great to work with, and his talent and artistry are impressive. He has made all of our photo experiences fun and memorable. He was great at managing our family at our wedding, and then working with our kids for later family portraits. I recommend him to everyone, and would/will love to work with him again!

Working with Mathias was an awesome experience. He came prepared with a plan, was full of energy and made our special day less stressful. We generally are not a couple who likes their pictures taken, however, Mathias knew how to encourage and direct us without feeling too posed. He also took the time to photograph little sentimental details that were incorporated into our wedding. All of his hard work and experience led to amazing photos that will last us a lifetime. We would recommend him to everyone!

My wife and I were looking for a photographer for our wedding and found Mathias through Instagram.We were immediately drawn to his photography.Contacting him was really easy with a quick response time.We just loved working with Mathias so much and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.He was very helpful during the pre wedding events and especially on our wedding day and he always took the time to meet with us via video call or answer any questions we had while preparing for the big day.Amazing pictures and an even better person. He really made us feel comfortable from beginning to end.We can not recommend him enough!!Thank you Mathias!
