We were in the middle of listing our house so we decided to get a storage unit of some sort. I called around and the price of the big steel box was pretty much the same as a storage unit with the exception of the delivery charge. The charge was well worth the convenience of have the unit on my driveway which probably save me time and money driving to other end of the city to brings a bunch of loads.

Super friendly and polite staff, quick to help get you set up with a container. Containers were cheaper to rent than a storage unit in town and more space. I was able to load directly at Big Steel Box location as I didn’t have yard space for a box to be dropped off.

We had about 120 to 145 tote boxes and cardboard boxes of my mother-in-law belongings from Florida. They delivered the container when they said they would. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you very much.

Had a time gap between our move out and move in. Big Steel Box was the best solution. Having the time gap in many ways was stressful, but anything to do with Big Steel Box was stressLESS and I would use their services again in a heartbeat!

Loved using Big Steel Box. It was our first time and we were so impressed that the contents didn't get disturbed too much, considering moving it 1100 kms.The team got the box to our destination quickly and it was easy to schedule at drop-off and pick up at our destination. The drivers were friendly and helpful and were a pleasure to deal with.

Great overall experience! During a stressful move and many parts of the change unknown, this was the best thing we did! They communicated well from Kieran in the office to the wonderful drivers, the process was seamless.I would highly recommend this to anyone moving that needs to store some items for some time.

Of all the things I needed to do to move, dealing with BSB was stress-free and easy. The staff that dropped off the can and piked up was a rockstar. He was very careful with the property. Will definitely recommend this service.
