I’ve been with airenet for 11 years now. It’s actually caught me off guard how good their customer service has been. The speed has been consistent and any issues(rare) are resolved quickly without input on my end. The only issue that had popped up repeatedly is me not notifying them of my credit card info changing.

Been with AireNet for 4 years now. We've used Explorenet, CCI Wireless and of course the Bell Hub. AireNet has the best rural internet service hands down.

We have used AireNet at our business for at least 14 years and we are very pleased with the service that they provide. Certainly the best internet option that we have found for our rural location and excellent customer service as well.

Airenet's service is great. When all service is down, it's area-wide and all provider services are down.I find Airenet to be friendly, and community-oriented. I personally use them as my provider, and so does the Kneehill Area Wellness Centre (in Torrington) and they are very reliable. Thank you for your great service.

For rural internet its awesome! The customer service is always good as well. You pay for what you get so if on basic you get...well basic. The extra $10 or $20 per month will depend on what you need it for but is much quicker. We have used Telus, Bell etc and this is by far the best for our location.

We have been with AireNet for 6 years and recently had a problem, oh no ....no internet! I called and talked to Nicole she identified the problem and Steve was able to resolve it quickly. Good communication and they sure know there stuff!

I would highly recommend airenet! I have tried all services including explorenet and Telus hub. I have now been with airenet for two years and wish I tried them first.The customer service is second to none and quick!Any problem I have had was resolved within minutes at the quick send of an email.Steve always responds fast with emails and offers a quick easy solutionRecently I needed to do a large download at home I have there 6x3 unlimited plan which is fine for the day to day use. But when doing a large download it’s just not enough and takes a long time. I sent Steve a quick email to see if he could help and literally within 3 minutes he doubled my download speed for the download specifically. Again would highly recommend airenet!

We have been with AireNet for over 20 years. It has been very reliable and the price is hard to beat for what we get. Down time is very rare and problems are sorted out usually before we report it.

Some of the worst internet you could ever get. It’s slow it’s laggy a small storm could roll around and you won’t be able to do anything! If your looking for any type of internet go for anything but airenet. Has cause me nothing but troubles for the last 5 years of my life

Works about 50% of the time when the weather is perfect and clear, but as soon as one raindrop falls the internet service drops so much you can't load a picture, it's like going back to dial up. Seems like nobody has success with Airenet, I'm sure they'd all write a review as well, but their Airenet internet is too slow to load Google.
