West-Can have made my kitchen so much brighter by installing a white tile backsplash. Sam ws a great help.

This company needs to work on their communication. When the cost of flooring r increases 40% from the quote ( the portion we are paying above the insurance company not the full amount so really not a big amount but worth mentioning for budget sake). But nothing is given to us in writing or verbally about it just a bill months after install while your still waiting to have repairs to the floor that was poorly installed. Our house was left completely covered in dust from wood being cut with the front door open all day long, chunks of wood and dust down the air ducts. When every single piece of wood install has dent from the way it’s been installed to the point it catches on socks.When they have installer who you ask not to have come back because he’s rude and doesn’t want to listen or understand what we would like explained to us. Or wouldn’t take the time to explain things.It’s been a headache and it’s not even done.

We lived in an older home and were ready to sell. Of course, before we could do that we needed to update a few key areas - some paint and floors. The Westcan team were in and out lickety-split and when I saw the transformation I almost didn't want to sell! What a difference. It helped that they were so easy to work with and came in under budget! I'd highly recommend them!

Over the past ten years I’ve done four renovations using Westcan for flooring/tile/blinds - repeatedly choosing Westcan for both product purchase and install. They are a truly amazing fabulous team. I’m the kind of client who is microscopic in my focus and my bar is set very high. I love the quality, how much they care, the excellent personable communication. I ended up winning compensation from this outfit after they made an absolutely appalling job of my flooring. After first approaching them with my concerns they simply ignored my calls so I took legal advice.In setting up my case with the Lawyer I did some research and was amazed at the amount of people who came forward with issues about them - people involved in every aspect of the industry not just disgruntled customers.It also transpired that they were more than familiar with the legal process come the day . Apparently I was far from their first customer to seek compensation.Approach with extreme caution.

Kudos to Sam Nissi for being extremely helpful dealing with a problem tile for us. I appreciate that the small size of the project did not matter to him, and he did everything to help us. It is not very often you encounter retail personnel with such a positive attitude towards their customer.

Can't say I'd recommend this store to anyone. Consumers and flooring installers alike. I recently did a job for this store and they decided not to pay me due to problems with the product that had nothing to do with me. If this had have been brought to my attention earlier, I would have taken the steps necessary to deal with it or at least have a conversation about it. Instead, I worked for two weeks to finish up the job and all along was promised a pay cheque. When pay day came along, surprise, surprise... no cheque. This sort of behaviour is manipulative, unethical and shady. Much like the business they run.

Sam and Carpet One recently installed carpet in an area of of our home. From the initial contact to the finish we received nothing but superior service and quality work. The installers were efficient and mad every effort to ensure the job was done right. Our interaction with the office staff and Sam was always managed with our needs in mind. We would not hesitate to use these folks for any flooring need. Thanks for a great experience.

I have been using Benjamin Moore paint since 2005. It's the only paint I use in my home. Over the past 15 years the staff in Campbell River have gone above and beyond to help me choose complementary colors and the right product for my tasks. The interior door and trim paint is durable and the perfect finish not shiny and easy to wipe clean. Being very scent sensitive I really love the low VOC option for interior paint. This week the staff sent me a photo of available mistints for a cabin project with a low budget. The product below covered in one coat. It was thick and easy to work with because it covered well and didn't drip. I also appreciated getting direction on the right roller for uneven walls. I'm so happy to be able to still use a great product when my budget is tight. The West Can Benjamin Moore staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to help.
