IT-Solutions.ca was recommended by a friend, we required a revamp of our computer setup in the office. I set up an appointment with Mike & Phil. Both were extremely professional and suggested great ideas on how to get our office system running smoothly and efficiently. After accepting the proposal, they were in and out within a day. Very detailed, providing me with details of all that was completed and actually explained everything in a language I can understand (I'm not technical at all). They also helped us with a program that was created by another company for us, this program had a lot of problems, system was always down and was affecting business for us. The company who created this for us left us hanging to dry, Mike & Phil stepped in and got the system running on our sever without any problems! Lifesavers!!! Would recommend this company to anyone out there looking for a dependable and reliable IT company!!

We were moving to another office and needed the new location setup in advance. We required 120 Cat6 drops as well as the boardroom and reception setup with A/V. The service was impeccable; the techs were really quick and professional. They met our deadlines even though we changed the scope of the project throughout a few times.We used them recently once again for an exchange migration to 2013 and all went smoothly as well.Will keep using their services in the future, we’re very happy with them.
