I have seen your drivers park in Handicapped spots as well.. My Grandmother uses a walker and it’s pretty bad when your company drivers for Aqua Pure are taking up the handicapped spots when someone else needs the spot When Aqua pure has no permit to park in Handicapped spots ..

AQUA PURE DRIVERS ALWAYS PARK IN HANDICAPPED PARKING TAKING THE SPOT AWAY FROM PERMIT HOLDERS.. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME IVE SEEN AQUA PURE DO THIS.. TOTAL BS THAT AQUA PURE DOES THIS.. I DID LEAVE MY NAME AND NUMBER WITH MANAGER FOR OWNER TO CALL ABOUT THIS AND NO ONE CALLED.. AVOID AQUA PURE !

We were quoted one price then charged another for the water for our sporting event. We overestimated the amount of water we would need; they were just going to dump the water even though the lids were still sealed. So we swapped our full bottles with empties from the community (free water!) as all we wanted back was our deposit. They would not accept the bottles. Our non-profit club is now out almost $300. They were not helpful and were very disappointed in this local company.

Water is good, price structure is alright, staff are friendly.Update:They raised their prices because of the increase to minimum wage, which is kinda lame from a consumer standpoint. That said I can't speak to when they last increased their prices, so it could be fair. It just sucks that the basis of the increase was wages for employees. Can't the owner bite some of that cost?

Went to refill the water, customer service was excellent! A young feller cleaned filled, wiped down and loaded into my truck. Was absolutely a great experience. I will always come back here.

Address is actually 1320 Dalhousie, the side road, not Notre dame, Petland is on the front and there waterfill machine is out of order, and the paper for sign looks old

When we were evacuated from Merritt and needed some water to go back to Merritt ,they gave us an extra bottle to help out. It’s not much but if all evacuees got water there that would add up. Thank you

BEST PRICE in all of Kamloops. Quick and great service. They always carry the filled bottles to the car. Water is SUPER CLEAN! 7 stage filtration makes the water taste remarkably different than tap water which often smells like chlorine.
