Bad service, no announcement not open for sell, really disappointed.I want to reply say your staff at Mt. Albert location just said they don't sell to public, no any explain, I drove almost an hour to come to purchase your products, I like your company provide good products. That's why it is value to spend time to come, hope you understand what was the feeling disappointed on it. Thanks for your reply.

This location is great for buying bird seed in bulk they have all types peanuts , sunflower seeds mixed bird seeds . I have also purchased bulk bags of food for my rabbits . I also get loose seeds in the spring as well as fertilizer and grass seed the people who work in the retail store are very helpful and can always help me with any questions I may have .

I drove an hour and a half, to get here, cought every red light and kept getting stuck behind construction vehicles, so I was 6 minutes late. When I got here, the wonderful lady was still serving a very nice older gentleman, who chatted amiably, with me, about the Subaru, while the aforementioned lady got his invoice ready.Even though she had every right to not serve me, she did so without hesitation - and was super friendly and courteous.They had what I needed in stock, so I was able to procure what I came for. The helper, who out the bags in the car, was also very congenital.Excellent, professional, and friendly service. Thank you!
