My mother's carpet in her condo was recently replaced. I am very pleased with the service that Mike and his team provided. He has an excellent selection of carpets and was able to help us find a great carpet for my mom at a competitive price. The installation was very professional and efficient. Extremely happy with the service we received. Highly recommended.

I purchased my hardwood floor. Let me start with positives. They were very Informative and transparent and at the end they offered a reasonable price for a good quality hardwood. They delivered on time with no hassle. I have not asked them to install the hardwood for me as I had a general contractor but it turned out my contractor did and I did not know I'm dealing again with the same business. The experience with installation was not as good at all. First there was extra charges to what we initially agreed upon for a curve edge and also subfloor noise issue for a specific place. I would have preferred they tell me about the extra cost before completing the job. The second issue was the subfloor squeaky noise never disappeared and I was told that the noise is reduced and will be disappeared after installation of the hardwood flooring. Not only it did not happen but after a few days of completing the installation it is more noisy than ever and believe me it is very disappointing to spend money on new high quality hard floor and the location with the highest traffic in home makes noise every time you walk on it. It is even more noisy than the old low quality hardwood. The third issue is they were supposed to come back and clean the glues in different locations and fix the chipped hardwood. They never came over to this date which is several weeks after they finished the job. In general, I don't recommend this company for hardwood installation at all.

I shopped around and Expert had the best selection, price and customer service . Ali was super helping me find what I wanted ( I brought in a sample of what I liked ) and Kathy was helpful professional and fast in her responses to my questions and purchase. They delivered promptly and I saved thousands compared to other retailers .

They have a huge selection and range of product to choose from. They provided great service in store and during install. The engineered hardwood we had installed is now one of our favourite parts of our home. We had a great experience with Mike and his staff at Expert Flooring, it’s the kind of business you actually want to do business with.

It's an enjoyable experience to work with the entire team of Expert Flooring for my condo renovation. Mike was very accommodating to come downtown for the quoting and measurement of my condo. Kathy was super responsive and provided every thing that my condo's office required in time. Bob and his team, including the delivery person were all very friendly and professional in terms of performing the actual instalment as well. Already recommended them to my friends!

Ordered my vinyl plank flooring from here. Found from Armstrong flooring site. IT's a small shop with tones of flooring samples and ceramics and rugs. They are efficient and quick and really good about getting a sample and getting the order in quickly. Best if you already done your research before you walk into the store.

I wanted to replace my flooring in my condo as a DIY project and after shopping around between Home Depot, Lowes and several other smaller flooring stores I came across Expert Flooring... They also have installers if you're not a handyman/woman. The selection, prices and service were all better than average..My engineered flooring looks amazing and I'm very happy about that!! Mike and the staff were all very helpful so I'll be going back as I now need ceramic tiles for my kitchen backsplash.
