For me, moving from a sedan to an SUV required test driving a variety of vehicles to find the right one. Most dealerships have very limited stock and you would have to go to all of them for just the possibility of them having a vehicle to test drive, then ordering one and waiting several months to have it. Not enjoyable at all! And so time consuming.Given that Top Picks has a great selection in many makes and models, within a wide price range, it seemed like a great place to visit.David, my salemen, was very patient with me while I tried many different SUVs, finding the perfect fit for me. I recently purchased a vehicle from Top Picks, and I must say that the customer service was outstanding. Rick and Chris, both made the purchasing procedure simple and straightforward. Chris handled all the paperwork and assisted me in financing part on approval within the budget. I appreciated their attention to detail and collaborate with me to make the process as stress free as possible. I would strongly suggest this dealership to anyone looking for the vehicle within their budget. Their collection of vehicles are too good.

Great people.. Nice car. Runs well. Some slight issues at first.Bought a used car from them. Would expect there to be a wrench in the car.. atleast. Just got a flat, wrench no where to be found. Would’ve been nice to know that.Also, a full tank of gas would’ve been cool. (Just under 3 quarters full)A little more transparency about the paper work would’ve been nice as well too. Tried to charge me “extended warranty” without even discussing it with me over the phone as this was online inquiry at first.. The online experience can use some work. They were more transparent in person, obviously. Would buy again tho.
