Worst place ever to deal with. I got the quote on the deal and tried to go look at them and they were out on rental. Ok no big deal. We will call you when they are back. Weeks later no call. I email the person I was dealing with several times to get nothing back. I call the office and he is in a meeting and will email you today. 4 days later nothing. It's a 30000 deal and they just ignore you. What a joke of a company is all I can say. Dont buy from these guys. I think I will sell our other master lift forklift also just to get rid of them period. What company does this? Masterlift does.

Great prices, super friendly staff. Had some unexpected delays with parts to refurbish the unit I purchased but everyone came to the table and even supplied a loaner while we waited. In the end they took care of everything very well. Maria even came down to thank me for my business on the day of delivery. Thanks.

Disappointed in them.I rented a forklift for one day at a cost of $1000.00 with delivery.I told them to check the machine and I also asked how old the unit was. The forklift arrived on a Friday afternoon. Saturday morning our crew arrived at 6am and the tilt and lift on the machine was working intermittently. By 7.30am it was not working at all. We could not use the machine after 9am. I called their after hours service number twice and left a voice mail. My call was not returned. The following Monday, I emailed them. Brenda emailed me back stating the machine was tested before being delivered. I called on Tuesday and spoke with a man. He said they got the machine back and the battery was dead. This is not possible after 2.5 hours of light 5 minute periodic use. This leads me to believe that they picked it up from one customer and just transferred it over to me without charging it or testing it. The machine is in very poor condition to begin with. I disagree that I have to pay for this machine and they did not care about my concern so I am sharing it on Google for everyone to see. This is shady and unethical practices and I am out $1000.00

First time renter. The team at master-lift took care of it all. Great price, delivery on time, trained staff and helped us acheive our objective in short period of time. Even came out for a service call on the Sunday of a holiday weekend. New, used, sales and service you won't be disappointed.

Terrific forklift rentals company that helps clients achieve their ambitions both on and off their job sites. The rental packages are affordable and should there ever be an issue with any of their equipment then either onsite technicians will appear to repair the rig, or they'll switch the machine out with a replacement that day, usually within a few hours of the call depending on where the service call is in relation to their Oakville address.

I recently bought a forklift from MasterLift. Pretty happy with the service. I recommend doing business with them.Mor forklift looks nice. Hopefully it will work for a long time and battery doesn't die very soon. MasterLift gave me the confidence that in case of any issues, they are there for their clients.
