Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre

I've called 4 times between 4 and 43p today, April 26th and this location refuses to answer their phones. Thank you dynacare for not answering a pregnant patients phone call regarding blood work that needs done. Kudos to you Guys.

We wanted to get our blood test done and the Dynacare in our city had no open slots. We did see that the Burlington centre slots were open hence immediately booked it. I had already put my name in the list and by the time we reached there my name was already 4th on the list. It was pretty quick. We were out in 10-15 minutes.Seamless!! Very clean.

Very good experience today to collect a sample of blood from my 2.5 year old. The check in process was fast (provided I used the check in tool on my way there), I didn't have to wait at all. The staff was very kind and patient through this hard and scary process for my baby. Thank you Latha, Sherri, Salome and Yeni.

It’s not bad for blood test, but horrible for urine tests! Some of the techs are really good and one is not so good. Best thing is they usually have a lower wait time if you go in the morning and accept walk ins. However, their washrooms so dirty and don’t have soap in them, which is disgusting if you need to do a urine test!

Been there twice and really pleased the way patients are handled in this centre. Have been to many dynacare and lifelab locations but this is the best. The Indian lady at reception is very quick, knowledgeable and professional, love the way they quickly handles the crowd. Milton location should learn from these guys (they always show list as full even if there are just few patients - maybe the staff is lazy/ untrained). I also love the diversity at this location and staff is very quick, experienced and professional. Not sure why this location has such low rating? Keep up the great work guys!

My first experience at this clinic was absolutely horrible. I stepped out to sit in my car and make a phone call while waiting the required hour before getting blood drawn after drinking the glucose drink for the gestational diabetes test. I was told not to eat or drink within the hour but nothing else. I was called and left a rude and stern voicemail that I was not supposed to leave. I return quickly, and Immediately after returning I was attacked by both women speaking in a very brash tone as if I was a child in an elementary school… asking where I went, what I was doing and asking why I left.. standing up behind the desk and SCOLDING me in front of a room full of people. Not sure where this entitlement comes from, but the level of professionalism and customer service at this location is absolutely ZERO. Will never ever be stepping foot in this clinic again.

Stay away!!!Dynacare is nothing but issues. Constantly have to babysit them on posting results. They never post results in a timely manner. Half the time I have to call them and they always seem to have forgotten" to post the results or send them to my doctor. For a paid service this is ridiculous. Dynacare is run by a bunch of clowns."

Not sure why this place has such low ratings, but from my experience today it deserves a 5-star. Checking in was easy and we only had to wait 10 minutes. You also can do it online before you show up.Big shout out to Yeni for being so professional to get blood sample from a two year old toddler. We were so impressed by her skills!

Went in for a bloodwork today and my technician's name was Latha. I have very small and problematic veins, everywhere I go they have to try multiple times on both arms before they succeeded.Latha was able to draw blood on the first try, and didn't even use butterfly needles on me! She was super kind and understanding.I checked in online using their app before leaving the house, and it was my turn by the time I got there. Had to wait only a few mins before I was called in. Great experience overall and will be going back here considering how many awful experiences I've had in the past.

I was walking on sunshine when I walked into the clinic. Then I was met by a very rude staff which completely killed my good vibes. I understand the staff can be stressed but they were very unprofessional. They made sure I was walking on rain clouds when I walked out that’s for sure. Never going back.
