Although some very recent improvements, 2 issues in the pharmacy.1) Lack of medical stock when I fill a prescription.2) Lack of well spoken English.Ripe for mistakes and misunderstood answers.Bad enough when ordering a burger but quite a serious issue when dealing with meds and health.CLEAR communication should be a requirement of the job.

I go regularly to this pharmacy in my neighborhood the staff are who makes this store the first choice for me for lotto, over the counter message, post office needs and treats, all the staff make it a friendly and welcoming place to shop......Rosie in particular has brightened my day many times thank you

Although Rexall's prices are somewhat astonishing, you get what you pay for. The selection is typical of a big chain pharmacy, if not a little more upscale. They have pretty good sales which draw me in for non-pharmacy related goods. The environment itself is always bright and clean. The STAFF: I have never met a single rude or unpleasant staff member at this location. Front counter staff, very personable. The pharmacy is efficient, friendly and have very knowledgeable staff/pharmacists. The post office is fantastic at this location and again, I can't say it enough - excellent, knowledgeable and uncommonly pleasant staff. No, it's not Shopper's Drug Mart - it's better.

They have good sales every week and they also have a Canada post office as well. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Been coming to this pharmacy for years. Never had a problem. The staff are all so friendly. The pharmacy is great. Always get my prescriptions here. The one pharmacist that was there a short while was awesome and friendly. He went above and beyond. I find good deals as well in store even though they're a big box chain pharmacy they do have good deals sometimes.

Walked in for Covid shots , did not assist n suggested to book appointment however their website suggests walk ins are welcome. At a time when vaccination is low and not many ppl are getting the shots , pharmacy still won’t accommodate walk ins. Need to change approach towards customer.

They're friendly but apparently don't care to do the whole job. Dropped of a prescription, asked for the price and was given half the price. When I showed up to pick them up the bag was given to me with no instructions from the pharmacist and a lackluster apology. Glad I understand the issues with T3's or I'd be in trouble

Disgusting service spacially for critical patients. New employees in this pharmacy are dumb and I dont know why she is still employed? She did miscommunication to her pharmacist that patients dont have exact cash money so dont deliver it. In opposite, i told her that plz deliver my medicine, i will arrange money. The new girl dont know any thing (including ABC of customer service) she behaves like a dumb person and listen something, communicate something. Disgusting service for critical patients
