Excellent service.got my car back early and in top form!!

B service a huge scam. $250 for oil change basically. Every mechanic will mention. They charge $10 for windshield wash topup when mine was near full. They checked brakes and tire depth (which I assume was the other $190 of the $250 trip. Buy your car here, never service" here."

The service was great. Nathan was really friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for any better service. He was great!

Very polite service and the service area has the most luxurious waiting area I've ever been in. 85 dollars to replace a tire valve was unexpected however.

Vehicle quality is outstanding. Getting my car in for servicing within a reasonable timeframe has been a recurring issue.

The people at Steele Honda are exceptional. I was advised to walk in this morning without an appointment and get my car seen too. I did that, and was caught of guard without the appointment but those people did absolutely everything they could. There was no question about getting the car in, it ended up going in as priority. The only issues was that they couldn't get a vehicle for me to use today which resulted in me needing to take the car back but even though I didn't get in because of that I want to recognize the effort that went into trying to get me looked after on such a short notice. Fantastic customer service from not only the front desk but the mechanic and supervisors as well.

Honda needs to get rid of the electronic kiosks and go with a regular old school lock box drawer system for late night key drop-off.Tried to drop off the car the night before and the machines were down.Those electronic kiosks are a waste of time
