John runs a great shop, some of the best selection and service in town

Products are good up to now.Staff was good to work with.I gave 2 stars because 6 months after install, there is still a piece missing, so the job is not yet finished. That a part was backorder is understandable. But they told me they have the missing part on hand for 3 months now, and even when the install was booked, they failed to show up, and there is no follow up after. I have phoned and mailed them, and I have no answer other than John will get back to me.Add to this the fact that when the final invoice came, there was $500 missing from our deposit. They said it was an error. In view of how we are treated now, it could well be fraud too.If they ever finish their work, I would do business there again, but I would never pay them in full again if there is a missing part, however small it is. I would also not expect anything from warranties and after service.***They called me a day after this above review. John appologized and they finished the job. Appologies accepted.I'll have to go do a few good reviews to brush this away, I don't like when it needs to come to this.
