Pedi N Nail Innisfil

The staff was lovely, and very kind. They were extremely accommodating for myself and my family member. They did a wonderful job and I will definitely be going back.

Stopped by to get a refill during my stay on Innisfil, I was so happy they could take me after short notice. I did like my nails but wish the shape was sharper. Will come back again

I am new to the area and wanted to find a good place to get my nails done. They were super friendly but unfortunately just butchered my cuticles. After the first cut she apologized and said I had very soft skin but then continued on just nipping my cuticles. I loved the colour but will not be back just based on the cuticles work.

Been here a few times. Unfortunately the last time i went here i was very unhappy with my nails. Will not be returning to them at all. They like to rush you out the door. Horrible experience.

Staff is attentive and polite. Some nail techs are more skilled than others. They do a good job.

I usually go to a competitor in town but wanted to give this place a try. The person who did my mani/pedi did a good job but the place is not super clean.

Went to do my nails at pedi and nails price is definitely on the higher side. It was okay. I got acrylic nails with shellac and four black hearts on 4 nails definitely not worth $65. My nails costed more than my sister in law nails who had a medium to long nail length. Keep in mind my nails are super short. Won't be returning.

i’m sorry to say this was probably the worst nail appointments i’ve ever been to. i’m usually very understanding of wait times and mistakes, but i was so disappointed.i waited over an hour to sit down even though i called beforehand and they assured me there was room. once i did have a seat, the lady couldn’t pay attention to me for more than five minutes without going off to help someone else for 3-10 minutes each time. what should have been a 45 minute job turned into two hours.the work itself was sloppy. i went in for a refill and one nail had a crack, which could have easily been fixed with extra gel. not only did she remove a perfectly fine nail, she POPPED it off and ruined my nail bed. she also didn’t compare sizes or shapes between the nails even once, so both hands look different.it seems that this salon’s biggest issue is worrying so much about money. they’re having one person work on three different clients and doing things quickly instead of properly. the pedi n nails in orillia is amazing, but this was nothing like that.
