Not sure how to start. Our sales person was mostly concerned with making a buck" than making ys happy in fact he said it several times. He charged us 200 for a 20 piece of plywood with mild and notches. The linoleum floor wa put in wrong

We recently replaced our stair carpet runner which had seen too many years of wear. David carefully detailed what would need to be done and showed me how he developed the installed price. Jay, the installer, was polite, professional and did an incredible job. My wife was so happy once Jay was finished, she face-timed me at work to show the finished product!

He helped me choose a great quality carpet for our purposes and was transparent and clear about pricing and timing. He went above and beyond to get our carpet installed before the holidays. We are thrilled with the carpet we purchased from Higgins! David was so helpful and gave us great guidance and information. We learned so much from him! We ended up with a beautiful and high quality carpet for our upstairs and are so happy with how it looks. Everything in the process was smoothly from shopping to install to the follow-up with our warranty info. We were on a tight timeline but they made it happen and we are so very glad!

I went in to Higgins Carpet not expecting too much and I was blown away by their showroom. Looks small from the outside but on the inside they have everything! The owner was there and he was super friendly. The rest of the staff is just the same. So nice and so helpful. This is a classy operation and they really do care. Unlike any experience I've ever had with a big box" store. I would go back time and time again."
