They don’t update their online system. I checked availability of something on their system and it gave me that they have what I’m looking for. I went there from Saint Hubert about one hour and half to find nothing. I checked again the system, it gave the same result .I think the administration should work more on customer satisfaction, inventory; reorder point and quality. Price is not the only criteria to compete in business.

Do not buy 'tempo' garage from Canac, Leaks like the Titanic!I purchased the 20x20 deluxe temporary shelter in OCTOBER and the Cowansville store simply told me to get in touch with the manufacturer. I had to send countless pictures, fill up a form to then get a curt and simple answer that the product is NOT DESIGNED TO PROTECT FROM RAIN! what a joke! On top of that, the Cowansville store never even responded to the email from the La Prairie store, which at least tried.no wonder their website does not offer customers to review products...3 months later, still no answer. Canac's products are not worth the price at all sometimes.

Don't get me wrong, it's a good hardware store when you find what you need in the main store. BUT...if you need to go down back, good luck!It's like they are two separate entities that don't talk to each other. We purchased a sink, waited 35 minutes in my car in line to get to the back to get it. Got there and waited another 15 minutes for him to tell me they didn't have it and another 10 to reimburse us where the guy punched in the reason for return as it didn't work instead of a lack of inventory.And when we wanted to complain so that this wouldn't happen again, we were told we would have to do that back at the main store. Yeah, right. Good Job Management!

Just went for wood. You order/pay inside, then go to the yard. The guy (contremaître) in the yard didn't want me to choose my lumber, and instead he wanted to load me up from a pile of twisted, refuse (see picture)... After I decided to not take the wood, he went on a tirade about how people like me make a big mess in the yard, and that I chose the wrong wood for my project. I respectfully disagreed, and when inside for the refund, he kept going you always come here and make a mess" (untrue) " ...and "you're always crying (chialer: fr. dog crying) about the wood quality

Good hardware store. Much more focused on the home renovator than Canadian tire. Typically has better prices than the competition. Their propane refill price makes the swappable tanks at you local store an absolute joke. The price has gone up of course, but still well worth it. My go to reno store and I'm over 20Km away!
