It’s just a regular subway. But, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I’m writing this review just for them. When they found out we are visiting town, they chatted with us about the town and recommended places.

We were there for lunch and I found this Subway in Chase to be very well equipped for all your food or sandwich and non -alcoholic drink options. I also like to mention that there's wheelchair accessible parking spaces and entrance. Good value for money and everything is also available as a vegetarian option. We did take out our sandwiches and drinks.

Service was great. Chase Subway charged 8.64 for a veggie wrap. they are calling it a signature sandwich. I know inflation is all around us but this was a surprise becasue at all the other subway's the veggie warp is 5.00 ish. Not sure why they are calling it a signature sandwich?

one of the best subway locations!Rating based upon experiences and expectations of subway:I visit this location for lunch during the week and find the staff very friendly. They work fast (unlike some other locations) and don't cheap out by weighing or measuring sometimes. some may be concerned about that, but compared to the amount I get at other subways who use measuring devices, this location puts more on!I enjoy visiting this location for lunch because I can always expect a good attitude, a well made sandwich (haven't seen bad ingredients yet), and consistent time to make the sandwich.

When you ask for a sandwich in a bowl format due to a 1 year old making less of a mess that way the answer is no". Why is the customer service that low that they won't do something that simple. So now they are stuck with a mess on the floor."

My experience with the staff was very good and you could even order vegetarian options for several sandwiches. The non-alcoholic beverages are also good and they had a great selection of products available. I also like to mention that there's wheelchair accessible parking spaces and a wheelchair accessible entrance.

I absolutely love the fact that we have a healthy fast(ish) food" option here in town. It is conveniently located in the Chase Plaza next to a few more stores. It is always clean and the workers always friendly and lively : )"
