We manufacture custom sports jerseys at Athletic Knit and process tens of thousands of orders every year. Every order is printed and flows through the manufacturing process with the materials. Orders sometimes change during the manufacturing process and these order slips are marked up. With a sales team that is disperse geographically, we wanted to find a way to digitize all of these orders and to provide access to the final order details with markups via a cloud-based portal. . We began speaking with Octacom recently and were quickly excited to learn about their Odiss Document Management Software. We look forward to every salesperson having access to the system and being able to have the ability to look back at historical orders and search for orders details with ease

As a smaller business, Octacom took the time to educate us on how to integrate and make sure all of our concerns were attended to in the implementation. So far we are thrilled with the time savings and ease of use.

During a time of notably significant transition, inheriting a robust Family Practice from a retiring colleague nearly 2 years into the primary care labyrinth of COVID-19, I am so grateful for the support and excellent work of Lee and his Team at Octacom who made the digitizing of thousands of paper charts and their integration into EMR seamless and uncomplicated. The Team at Octacom have been an outstanding support during this immense transition, providing timely, responsive, professional, transparent, and extremely well-organized communication in addition to an exceptionally well-executed paper chart transition including chart inventory and secure retrieval, chart organization and scanning review, digitizing, interim access to charts when needed, liaising with the EMR vendor, provision of back-up files, support for review and quality control initiatives, and readily responding to any and all questions I had at all points throughout our work together. I cannot imagine having made this transition without the outstanding and highly professional support of Octacom.

"Terrible Direct IT Manager behavior"I worked for this company about a month and get negative attitude and messages from IT manager of this company during my daily job. They don't have any training and support!Although CEO of the company is very polite and mature person but direct IT is a rude and impolite person. Since first minutes their Direct IT behavior was negative and I could feel it! His message and behavior was distructive!IT team are not familiar with team working and don't feed you any information's but they will push you in the job.Although, It took one month to gave me access to their ticketing system but continuously IT manager nagging to me about tickets that I didn't have access to create, assign, and close them! He is not open to hear at all and just want to be a talker!!I don't recommend this company to any IT Pro.
