The entire process was completed and handle on line on the day of the pick up the agent mer me and gave the keys. The return was seemless returned the vehicle dropped the keys in the drop box and got my receipt on the following business day. Very easy and friendly service.

My wife was involved in a accident and the insurance company arranged to rent through enterprise in Shediac NB . When I talked to the attendant he made it clear he wasn't going to wait 1 minute past closing for me to arrive to pick up the rental , he had other places to be .

My Ford Explorer had a claim, so I got a rental from here. They gave me an Expedition to match my own vehicle as best as possible which was great.They ended up being able to get me into the car ahead of schedule, the pickup and drop-off process was super easy.We did have a bit of a problem at drop-off but the attendant was extremely helpful and solution oriented so the problem was fixed quickly and entirely to my satisfaction.
