Down Under Gliderz Canada (Sugar Gliders)

This past weekend we got our two boys from Lena and could not have been happier with the experience. As a new sugar glider owner and new to exotic pets in general , she answered all our questions very promptly and never made us feel as if we were an intrusion on her time. She was very informative, gave out suggestions and recommended many things. Once we decided on DUG she was happy to send over photos and proof that she is a real breeder. We got photo updates on the days leading up to picking up the boys, that brighten our day. Going into the process we thought we wanted females, Lena was more then happy to explain some differences in the gender and helped me make the right pick. The fact that she will neuter before pick up is amazing, ensure the little guys were all healed up and ready to go. As I was close enough to pick my boys up, she had no problem coming south to meet us for pick up. She took the time to show us the boys and their healed up neuter. After arriving home she has check in a few times just to see how they were doing! They have been home for about 4 days, they come out of their cage to us, will take treats from our hands and have even starting climbing on our arms and back! The point program she has set up is amazing! Used our points towards a handmade bonding pouch, and the quality is just awesome. The whole experience was amazing!
