Décathlon Centre Eaton

I love their products, fair prices, and good quality. They are not as cheap as they used to be but still are one of the cheap options.Till today, every time I've been there, the customer service was okay, not bad, not good. But I had an experience today that wasn't acceptable at all. At least in the end, they solved the problem,

This is a fairly big Decathlon. There are 2 floors. The bikes are up the upper floor. Bikes are inexpensive. We bought a $750 one and we have to return it as it’s not durable at all. The return policy is very good. We got the free membership and it’s a fast no question asked kind of return.Golf sets and pull carts and other golf accessories for kids are good and inexpensive.All the kayaks are the inflatable ones. We are thinking to get the $350 (on sale) one for 2 people.Check out is easy. You just throw everything in the checkout bin and they will get scanned automatically. The staff are young smart and helpful.

Great quality and fair price. Happy with most purchases with a couple exceptions. Hiking shoes I got seemed good but after a few weeks I realized it's not the best fit and it's not conformable. I still have it, still new. The inner cushion of my bike helmet also peeled off very quick! Otherwise I would have given 5⭐️

My husband and I were on a trip to Montreal. Both our phone batteries unexpectedly died when we were inside the eaton centre and we were clueless how to book our Uber to reach back to our hotel. We went inside Decathlon and asked the employees for help. They were all really sweet and checked among themselves who can help us. And then Sascha (I hope I spelt his name correctly) readily came to our rescue and helped us charge our phones (Please note, both our phones are android). He was very kind and we are grateful. We were treated really well. Also, the store has good collection and we bought a nice jacket for me. They sure do know how to keep their customers happy :).

I bought items online at Decathlon just so I would not have to go to the store. The most disappointing experience I have ever had online shopping. I received emails from the delivery company informing the items were delivered at my home, I contacted the customer service and I asked for a photo of the delivery place, since I was home and nobody played my ribgbell and I had no package at my building, then I was informed the items were actually not delivered, because they couldn't find my address. The excuses kept going on for 13 days, with email exchanges informing I would receive the package the very next day after speaking with a customer service representative and no delivery so far. After many email exchanges, many phone calls, now I have canceled the delivery.I was presented with the possibility of getting my order at the store, but still is going to take 3 days to be available. When someone shops online usually is to be able to receive the items at the confort of their home and the only way I see myself getting my order is going to the store. The delivery company is the worst I have ever seen. Hopefully I will be able to get the items I bought at the store in 3 days. I really do not recommend Decathlon online shopping. Decathlon is very much aware of this problem and still keep working with this delivery company. Keep in mind, it is 2023 but if you are not home, there is no pick up point with this delivery company, you just lose your delivery, and you will have to find out how to get it, so if you don't want to waste your time just don't buy it from their website. I am still hopeful to get the items at the store , but for now it is just hope.

I've ordered online once before and liked their products so I went in to the store for the first time looking for a few items and I was very impressed. The prices were very reasonable, much better than other stores of the type & size, the location is excellent, right downtown and the service was also great. We found everything we needed and I even got some help from the bike repair staff that told me to bring in my bike as it may be fixable (other bike shops pushed me to buy a new $1,000 bike). They make items accessible while also (somewhat) being environmentally friendly, a nice balance although I would like to see more about their labour practices as well. For now it will be my go to shop, notably if there isn't a small local shop.

I purchased a pair of Decathlon Short (training) fins via their online store. They supposedly have a 2 year warranty, but one of them developed a tear after 14 months. I submitted a warranty claim, but it was denied alleging that the fins were misused or in an accident. I can only assume Decathlon staff are encouraged to decline warranty claims when ever possible and/or the staff don't have a clue about some of their products. I've had Speedo fins that have lasted 5 years. Spend a few more bucks and get a name brand product. These Decathlon fins are garbage, same as their warranty.To the Customer service manager who replied to my review. I purchased the fins online and live in BC. I will not be coming to your store anytime soon. In fact, never
