I had my first visit at this bike shop way back in 2015. I was looking for a derailleur hanger for my mountain bike. I could not find a replacement part. because the bike I had was an import. Tim, the owner of this bike shop went out of his way to do the research and found the part for me. He ordered the part and installed it himself. I am very grateful for his help. and his professionalism. Fast forward to Sept 2021, the same bike need some tune up, brake and tire service. I went back to this bike shop again. I had the pleasure to meet Shelley, the manager of the store and the 2 knowledgeable bike technicians. Alejandro and Samuel. I am very satisfied with the service, they are very honest and very professional. I highly recommend this bike shop.

Great service and super fast! I called to have a hub bearing replaced, brought the wheel the same day, and the next day it was ready. Many other stores put you on a long waiting list for any service-related work.

Just bought a Giant Fastroad SL 2 performance hybrid bike here. I came first to try the bike, and then a week later I returned to buy it. On both occasions, the team was friendly, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products and the bike industry. I was given plenty of time to try out the bicycle and ask questions, and I didn't feel any sales pressure. As for the bike itself, it's great! Definitely a big upgrade over my regular hybrid bike, and I don't see myself getting tired of it anytime soon. I highly recommend this store.

Great customer service is hard to find, but not at this store. I went in to get a tune up and picked up few extras for my bike. I didn't know how to put my rear rack on and when I went back Shelly and the mechanic (Mathiew, I hope I have that right) showed me how and answered all of my other questions. They didn't rush me and were pleasant and very helpful.I would reccomend to anyone to go to this store for a bike or any repairs or tune ups. This is now my go to store even though I don't live in the area it's worth the ride.Thanks for everything.

Tim got my dad on his Road Bike a beautifully crafted Giant Defy Advanced 2. He spent time adjusting the bike, watching my dad ride to make sure the fit was right and going over what we needed to know. He got us sorted with essential accessories (pedals, shoes and helmet) and treated us like valued life long customers ......even though we live 500km away.Just so happens that we bought two other GIANT/Liv bikes that day from other dealers in the Montreal area and so you could say we have a good reference point.I can say with 100% certainty that Tim and Shelly are not only fantastic ambassadors for the Giant brand, but also decent, honest and wonderful human beings.If you are lucky to have them as your local dealer / bike shop (or you happen to find what you need in their well stocked store) you are in good hands!

Went there to get my bike tuned up. Asked a simple question about the sealant use. Got a very basic information from Shelley who owns it. As a bonus got lectured and shamed because I wanted to to it myself and was comparing the store price of sealant to the one on Amazon (double the price at the store). And this is despite the fact that I had already committed to the $80 tune-up. Obviously all she cares is money and not the customer. She does not seem to understand the simple formula of doing a good business in the community - you help your client to save few $ and show that you care about the client and he/ she will come back to spend more, will recommend your business, etc.
