Le Haute Ville

Room was clean, the little kitchen has utensils and pots - that’s great! Nice old style house but finding the room was a bit tricky. You have to open the doors on the upper floors to get to the actual room and to see the room numbers. Having the numbers on the main door itself would be much better… but other than that everything was great. No problems with the code for the main door and room either.

What a dreadful experience. My wife and I took our first vacation with our ten-month-old daughter in the middle of March, and the promise of staying in Old Quebec was completely enchanting. In reality, our stay at Le Haute Ville was so miserable that it forced is to end our vacation early. What could be worse? Upon entering the suite, we were struck by two things: first, that the room did not appear to be the one we had booked online; and second, what would turn out to plague our stay, a window was left open and the temperature in the suite was nearly that of the outdoors - a few degrees above zero. We tried warming up in the described queen-sized bed" but guess what? It's actually a double! We actually had to turn the oven on to warm up the room for the sake of our baby because the radiators were incapable of heating the space sufficiently.In the middle of the night we woke to the sound of the wind howling through the suite. Even 1 star is too much for them. There is no parking space do not get tricked by the amneties written on this google page. I called the customer service and ask them to take the responsibility for it and they told me to talk to google about it. I regret so much for staying here. 한국분들 진짜 오지 마세요. 주차공간 찾다가 시간 다 버려요.

Good location! Very small but very clean rooms! The kitchen is also very small but equipped pretty good. The bathroom is in a very clean and good condition but there is the smallest sink I've ever seen. There are small stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, some dishes. Unfortunately we didn't find tea and coffee despite of there was coffee maker. So we weren't able to have coffee or tea. But finally, I certainly recommend this place for travelers.

Felt like home. Kitchen and utensils are provided. They even made sure the ice tray has ice! Would be great if there was another lock for the door inside the room and washroom.

So much better than staying at a hotel room. With our own little kitchen we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever we felt like it.Free Wi-Fi, TV, comfy furniture, heat, A/C, appliances, towels. Everything worked great in the assortment and they even had salt and pepper in the cabinets, in case you forgot to pack your own.Location could not have been better! Old Québec is simply amazing with all the little stores and cafeterias.There's no parking at the hotel. Paid parking is about 5-7 min walking distance.

We have good impressions about our calm room No 10 with four little windows on the last floor. I enjoyed feeling the natural materials and to see the preserved charming details of that historic building (matt finish parquet, grey stone sections of the walls, round solid wood table, large hugge windowsills where I could seat with my cup of tea in the morning sunshine and look at the narrow street, trees, sky and roofs...).At the same time, all the modern comfort we needed was there: fully equipped kitchen corner, sparkly clean bathroom, immaculate white bedding.The location is great: you are in the old city, but the street itself is very calm.The communication by phone with the team was efficient. They organized an earlier check-in and allowed us to choose between two available rooms.Suggestions to the owners:1) not forget to return the $100 deposit (I waited for 4 days and had to call);2) to announce correctly the quantity of beds for that room (instead of 2 beds, there where 1 bed and 1 short sofa...);3) to provide some tea/coffee/cream/sugar for more welcoming touch.

Ok...convoluted check in and rules. Location though was prime. But you pay for it. Bed sucked...sofa pull out was more comfortable

Avoid Le Haute Ville! Bait & switch. Our studio apartment" was a very cramped dump

Great location! Space was roomy with brand new appliances. The Murphy double bed was small for us but adequate. Our view was two windows looking at brick walls. Lack of toiletries in the bathroom and no coffee for the coffee maker was very disappointing.We couldn’t buy the coffee with filters used for the machine anywhere.Check in experience was difficult!
