Marco is good & friendly.Other than that....I waited over 2 weeks for my order to arrive. Ordered the spring roller ones. 2 out of 3 of the roller shades do not work properly. One of them seems to be missing a mechanism.We already made 2 trips there to pay for the order and then pick them up.Due to lack of proper manufacturing, we will have to make 2 more trips. The woman I spoke to on the phone was not sympathetic and said that I could go back & drop them since it's a Lifetime warranty, but she had noone to come pick them up/deliver.They however will charge you $100 to have someone come measure and install blinds. This means they believe their time is valuable, but NOT that of their customers'.I can understand that if we had the roller shades a while and then they didn't work - but less than a month? And one of them was received faulty!?!I regret buying from here.That being said, the previous owners had roller shades with the chains installed and these work fine.So do NOT choose spring roller, unless you want to visit their shop often to have them repaired.Edit - response to owner: as you can see, it has been a while that we've had the faulty blinds and we haven't had the time to come in because we are that busy. I would like if you had someone pick up the faulty blinds from us; and when they're repaired, we will come and collect them. So, meet me half way. Thank you.Further edit - I went back and they fixed the blinds. Both are working now. Hopefully there will now be a quality check in place before the blinds are released to customers. I've upped my review to 3 stars.

I ordered 10 Free swatches for window shades on April 25 via their website and to this date have still not received them despite a 3-5 day" shipping time-frame. I followed up with a customer service rep via e-mail on May 17

Placed an order for Roman shades back in January 2021, installation has been postponed 3 time due to back order of the product the day before installation. When trying to reach a manager for refund, I am giving the run around.

Very condescending manager at this store. Jen has treated me like a child, over the phone. I have had problems with my blinds and have had to return them twice. Each time has been a long process. Still awaiting the return of my living room blinds.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Avoid this business. I have bought blinds from BlindsToGo for over 10years. And over those 10years it’s been touch and go with their quality. I was just too lazy to go to the competitors. But no more.On my last purchase, after 6 months of occasional use, the string broke/malfunctioned. Bringing it back to BljndsToGo, I was met with skeptiscm and downright rudeness. Their “Guarantee for Life” only applies to the mechanism, not including the string that can break. And now the string is illegal anyway now, so I needed to buy another new set, with no credit for the one I brought in so it just went to their trash. I’m glad they value their own product when they could have simply offered a repair.Last purchase I will make at this store. Buyer beware.

Horrible customer experience. My in-house visit has been delayed 3 times, and today it got delayed 4hours before the scheduled time. Customer reps keep saying will call back, and ofc they never call back. Really wonders me how this business is still alive with this atrocious quality of service.

Poor service. They have hidden fees and don't offer you all promotions in store. Bought our blinds and found out since we got motorized blinds that it was obligatory that someone come and measure to guarantee" proper fitting. I am a contractor

Worst service ever. Very expensive, low quality. Awful customer service. Took us 2 times for measuring and at the end the measurement was wrong (The width was longer than expected, luck enough to get the correct height maybe by chance!!)The installation fee was paid in total but the installer came 3 times to our place to finish the installation.1- First time he did not have the right tool (Ceiling bracket instead of wall bracket, to my surprise because they sent 2 guys to measure and it was a full costumed blind!!!). That made me to go to store and take for installer the wall brackets. Blind to go even did not bother to send me the bracket or compensate for this back and forth!!!2- Second time the installer move the vertical blinds, but we found out the blind system is not dynamic since factory forgot to attach the mechanism, can you believe that???
